Beneficial gave me a loan to make my house payments!

HFC Beneficial Finance complaint by 18322stoneaveno

I am behind in my payments with beneficial....I went to the local branch to see if I could get my loan restructured....instead they gave me a line of credit...which I couldn't afford, just so I could give the money back to them for my house payments. They call me 2-3 times a day wanting me to give them automatic withdrawl information so they can take money out of my account that I don't even have. I have tried filing for hardship with them but the calls still come.... I just want out but there seems no way. There are so many "predetors" out there that just take advantage of those of us that work so hard to just make ends meet....Beneficial leads the way. They are just horrible.

I have had a loan with this company"predator" for three years, and they will not lower their interest rate or offer a fixed rate. I have never missed a payment. They are terrible. If you receive a 5,000.00 dollar check in the mail just rip it to peices. If you spend, you will regret it.

I agree 110%! Beneficial is the biggest scam artists out there. They want more and more of your money and are very UNWILLING to work with you if you fall upon hard times. They need to be held accountable for their unfair lending practices.
